Tighten lose skin in just one week

I know why you're all here. You read the title of this post and now you want to know how to get rid of that unwanted lose skin. Well, let me tell you its not going to be easy and I'm going to subject you to pictures of my double post baby belly and they are not pretty. Just a warning!

So a little background on the flabby skin. Back in my teenage years I was a ballerina, 175lbs of pure muscle. I unfortunately I had to quit due to a back injury at the age of 18. Almost immediately I gained 20lbs from what I'm pretty sure was bad eating habit's and the lack of physical exercise. It didn't bother me too much then, but when I got pregnant with my first son I gained another 50lbs. It was hard for me to lose all that weight after that, but i finally did it after almost 4 years i lost 60lbs. I'm not quit back to where i was but I'm close.
The unfortunate side affects of my pregnancy and weight loss, was the lose skin where the baby used to be. I've bought the expensive creams and even tried the rubbing method where you rub your tummy clockwise 20 times or something like that. None of it worked for me.

So there are 2 main components to tightening the skin that I've found helpful.

  1. Home made tummy mask (which i will teach you how to make)
  2. exercise (we all know about this one)

Home made Tummy mask:
  You are going to need

  • 2 tbs Milk
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 2 tbs Vitamin E oil
  • Flower ( as much as it takes to make a nice paste)
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl until it makes a nice thick paste. Smear paste all over the affected area and leave there for 15 minutes. Gently scrub off with warm and wipe dry.
Its a small change in one week visually, but I can feel the difference. Take a look for your self.

Exercise:
Try running in place for five minuets to get your heart rate up, then do three different types of crunches that target different muscles in the abdomen.
1. Regular crunches (upper abs)

2. Backwards crunches (lower abs)

3. Twisting crunches (love handles)

I usually do as many crunches as i can stand, that way i know I'm getting a good burn.

This whole thing took me about 20 - 25 minutes every night. I always did it before bed that way the mask could do its thing while I slept. So try it our for your self and don't forget to leave me a comment and let me know how it worked for you.

  1. So it says above that you should leave the mask on for 15 minutes, but then you also said you let it do it's thing while you sleep - did you leave it on overnight?
